We specialise in sending Australian Gifts and Gift hampers to Canada, including to Vancouver, Whistler, Toronto, and other destinations in Ontario, Quebec, Alberta, British Colombia, Nova Scotia and more.
We send unique Aussie gifts, Aussie Care packages, tea towels, socks, candles, aboriginal gifts and more – but unfortunately no wine, beer or other alcohol due to strict Canadian customs laws.

All timelines are from date of dispatch which is Monday to Friday. Delivery may take longer outside metro areas and depending on public holidays. If you are sending to the Ski slopes or remote areas like Whistler, it takes even longer – please allow at least another 2 weeks.
Delivery times are not guaranteed and are an estimate only, due to many circumstances outside our control when sending from Australia to Canada.
We cannot send to PO Box Addresses in Canada when sending with a courier, so if choosing this method, please include an address where you gift can be signed for during office hours.

‘Date of dispatch’ means the day we actually send it. If you have ordered before 9am AEST Monday – Friday, we are able to do same day dispatch, with the exception of public holidays.
We do not dispatch on weekends.
When you send with our DHL express courier, this is the fastest way to get overseas. Our data shows pre-COVID:
Approximately 5% of parcels sent to Canada will get a more thorough check by Customs. This is a random check and causes an uncontrollable clearance delay. We cannot be held responsible for these delays by local government officials.
If this happens, we will work directly with you and liaise with DHL Express to ensure customs have everything they need to clear the parcel. Generally customs clearance takes an extra 1-5 working days.

Door-to-door tracking of your gift – Online tracking is provided for your gift. When you send with DHL Express, you will receive up to 22 tracking updates as your parcel gets delivered to Canada. Australia Post and Australia Post Express also provide tracking updates - the link will be sent to you once your order has been dispatched.
Assistance clearing customs – On average, 5% of all parcels get checked by Customs and take longer to be delivered. We cannot be held responsible for this. If you have sent your gift with DHL express, we work with customs via DHL Express to ensure local govt officials have the information required to clear your gift as swiftly as possible. If you have sent with Australia Post (Standard or Express), we are unable to help and customs checks may cause delays, taxes the receiver must pay on their gift and in the worst case, non-delivery of your gift.
Taxes and duties payable in Canada – When you send food and gifts to Canada by DHL Express, there is always an administration charge and usually taxes and duties are payable. We cover these charges as part of our freight cost when you send with DHL Express only, so you never have to worry about the person you are sending the gift to being stung with additional costs. We are unable to offer this service with Australia Post Standard or Australia Post Express rates.
