We deliver to the USA, UK, Canada, Japan, New Zealand, and Singapore.

Standard international shipping is FREE when you spend over $500. or Express International Shipping $50 when you spend over $500.

Due to issues with delivery; or prohibitive customs duty and taxes; we no longer deliver to other international destinations.

AUSTRALIAN DELIVERY LOCATIONS

We send to all Australian addresses from our Gold Coast, Queensland Headquarters.

Standard shipping to Australian addresses is free for orders over $100.

Express delivery to Australian addresses is a flat rate of $15.95.

The table below shows *average delivery times, any gift restrictions, and other considerations you need to be aware of.

• *Average delivery timescale shown is working days from the date of dispatch from our Gold Coast Warehouse.  This is for delivery to metro areas in the country shown. Regional areas may take longer. For International deliveries, this also excludes 2-5% of gifts that are stopped by customs at random for inspection; and may cause uncontrollable delays.
• We cannot be held responsible for any delays due to circumstances outside our control, such as COVID delays, public holidays, extreme weather events, customs delays, local customs interpretation of paperwork, or issues with transport in local areas.
