Overseas Shipments
On average, from the date of our dispatch, overseas shipments are currently taking 6-8 weeks (Standard Shipping); 7-14 working days (Express Shipping), 3-7 working days (International Courier) to send to International capital cities. If you are sending to a remote area, this will take longer depending on how remote an area you are sending to.
Please note we only send to select overseas countries - see the table below for detail on the country you wish to send to.
If the country doesn't appear there, we no longer send there due to challenges experienced in the past with delivery.
Australian Shipments
We dispatch from our Gold Coast warehouse postcode 4217. From dispatch, it generally takes 3-10 working days to get to Australian city / metro areas when you send Standard Australia Post. Australian Express shipping is currently taking 1-3 working days to city / metro areas depending on the area it is going to.
Rural / regional areas will take longer depending on how remote the area is, and Australia Post's coverage in that area.

Provided all stock is available, and outside busy periods, goods are generally dispatched on the same working day if your order is received before 9am; or the next working day if received after 9am.
Delays
Gift delivery can take longer if there’s problems with the address provided; if the destination is in a rural / regional area (not in a metro area of a capital or other major city); or if your gift is going overseas and gets a random check by customs of the country it is entering (about 3% of all parcels).
