Christmas Shipping Deadlines 2024
Our koala elves are working around-the-clock to get your gifts to your loved ones and overseas VIPs before Christmas day.
We recommend getting in early to get the best rates and avoid disappointment, as there are many things that can delay shipments like random customs checks, snow storms, delivery to remote areas, and the general volume of parcels moving through the system.
Please note that the dates below are our best recommended dates and not guaranteed, as despite our best efforts, the above scenarios outside our control can occur.
International Deliveries
Recommended for most international metro areas (cities) for best chance of Christmas delivery (no guarantees).
Rural and regional areas like ski-fields, for example, will take longer.
You can order after this date and it may still get there but you’ll have to cross your fingers and toes.
Australia Post Standard | No frills rates and economy air. Cheapest rate. Longest delivery time. If duties/taxes are due in the country, these are to be paid by the recipient. The request for duties/taxes is random and controlled by the local country authorities and happens on approx. 1-2% of parcels sent at Christmas time.
Australia Post Express |No frills rates and express air. More expensive and faster than standard timelines. If duties/taxes are due in the country, these are to be paid by the recipient. The request for duties/taxes is random and controlled by the local country authorities and happens on approx. 1-2% of parcels sent at Christmas time.
DHL Express| Very fast service. Most expensive. Duties/taxes covered as part of the rate on all shipments so your receiver will never be asked to pay these.
Australian Deliveries
All Australian Deliveries are sent via Australia Post - either Standard or Express.
The dates below are the dates you must place your order by for delivery tometro areas only.They are based on published deadlines by Australia Post.
If you are sending to regional or rural areas, you must add extra time to allow for these deliveries.
We always recommend getting your order in as early as possible for Christmas delivery.
CHRISTMAS CLOSING DATES AND LAST ORDERS
We will be taking orders up to midnight Sunday 22nd December 2024.
Our warehouse is closed between Tuesday 24th December 2024 - Tuesday 7th January 2025.Any orders received between these dates will be dispatched from 7th January.
