Q: Where can I find tracking information for my gift?

A: All our orders automatically get sent tracking details for your gift. If you don't think you have this, please check your spam or 'other' mail folders to check if it has gone in there. 

You can also login to our shop and view your order at any time - tracking links are also updated on each order you make.

Q: What does the DHL Status mean for overseas gifts?

A: There are a number of statuses for DHL Tracking, as all parcels being delivered overseas get oer 10 scans throughout their journey and process of getting delivered. This is what each status means:

Shipment information receieved: This meeans we have processed the customs forms and paperwork for your gift

Shipment picked up: This means your gift is currently with a DHL driver and on its way to its final destination
