We love to hear back from you about the products you’ve purchased!
Within 14 days of your order, we’ll send you an email asking for feedback.
We love all feedback – good or bad, as it helps us improve our service to you; and understand how well you like or dislike specific products.
We randomly select a review once a quarter for a $100 voucher.
Here’s our ‘rules’ on reviews (aka how to have more of a chance of winning that voucher!)
- Selected review must not be a duplicate of another product. We value quality over quantity.
- Selected review must be a complete sentence (e.g. – “love it!” or “not what I was expecting” would not qualify.) We want other customers to gain insight to the product that only you can provide.
- Winners are selected once per quarter
- Voucher is valid for 1 year
- All reviews are considered.
- Anonymous reviews, for obvious reasons, are unable to receive a prize.
- Winners will be published below, and on our Facebook page
